I get messages from time to time saying things like, “I went to a face character audition and got cut. Should I even both going to anymore?” and every time I try to explain that persistence is key.
Hopefully Wendy’s audition stories can help clear that up, as she’s now working as a character host at Disneyland after 23 auditions. Just because you don’t get it once doesn’t mean you never will. Sometimes it takes multiple trips…and yes, sometimes it just may be 23 tries. But if you really want that job, you gotta just keep trying. And often, the best at what they do are the ones who had to keep trying.
And please, if you’re going to message Wendy about anything, respect the fact that she still works with the company and therefore cannot answer all questions, especially ones about the actual audition process. She was very nice to let me post this at all, so do respect her.

For anywhere else go to disneyjobs.com
Thank you so much! Disneyjobs.com is where to go if you are outside of the United States and want a job at Disney.
Hey, you know what I have to do for work in Disneyland Paris?
I'm from Spain, thanks :D

For entertainment, go to disneyauditions.com and keep looking back at the Audition Calendar. Then go to the auditions, have fun, and be yourself.
For elsewhere in the park, I’m actually not sure. The website I have is only US. Sorry. D:
You should post pics of ElecTRONica at California Adventure. It's pretty fantastic, if you ask me.
:D

I have before. I haven’t really stopped exactly. I just haven’t found anything else from it worth posting. I’ll keep an eye out though.
Hi. would you be interested in promoting the orle play i'm a part of?
Just let your followers know we need recruits! You can certainly take part if you don't already.

How do you get all your insider info? Do you work at one of the parks, or have a lot of contacts who do, or are you just a really knowledgeable fan?

I’m both a really knowledgeable fan and have many contacts who do.
No! Ron and Kim meet at Disney! Is it in Epcot?

They used to meet in Disneyland in California Adventure and at Walt Disney World in either Epcot or Hollywood Studios (is that what it’s called? I don’t currently feel like checking XD) Unfortunately, they’ve gone back to Middleton and I doubt they’ll be returning anytime soon.
Just because everyone else is asking... what sort of characters would i be able to play at 5'5"? I've always felt like I'm kinda in the middle of the hight range. Like I'm too tall for Alice or Wendy, but too short for a princess, and I'm not really sure about the non-face characters :P

5’5 is actually the start of the princess range. And check the post about 5’7, you’re in that range for fuzzies.
(That’s my range, so I’m fairly confident that I know that one. XD)
At 5'10", what would my options be?

Tigger, Gepetto, Goofy, Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, and maybe a few others that aren’t out as often, that I’m not sure about. If you’re at WDW, I think C3PO is an option as well, but I think he’s only out during Star Wars Weekends. It’s a kind of weird height because it’s at the short end of the taller character range.
To that anonymous person asking about heights, I believe Jafar is up there too but I'm not positive :)

That sounds very likely. Hades probably would be as well. Both of them are only meetable during the Halloween season at Disneyland though, and I think it might be the same way at other parks. I know they’re both in a few parades elsewhere though.
